Phin Brewing Instructions

1. Add 3 teaspoons (about 20 g) of coffee into the phin filter, shake lightly, and press the filter gently.
2. Pour 20 ml of hot water (96–100°C) to moisten the grounds, then add another ~45 ml of hot water.
3. Adjust to taste — enjoy it black, sweetened, with condensed milk, or over ice for classic Vietnamese cà phê sữa đá.
