Brewing Instructions:

Step 1: Rinse the Phin

• Place the phin filter on top of a glass.
• Pour a small amount of hot water through the phin to rinse it.

Step 2: Mix Coffee Grounds

• Use a spoon to evenly mix the coffee grounds before placing them in the phin.

Step 3: Measure and Settle the Grounds

• Add approximately 25g (3 tablespoons) of coffee grounds to the phin.
• Tap the phin lightly to level the coffee grounds.
• Place the phin lid on top.

Step 4: Brew

• Pour 5ml of water into the phin to allow the coffee to bloom.
• Then pour 25ml of water into the phin and let it steep for 1 minute.
• Gently press the coffee grounds with the lid to ensure uniform extraction.

Step 5: Extraction

• Pour hot water over the coffee grounds, covering them completely.
• Close the phin lid and allow the coffee to drip through for 6-8 minutes.
• You will have 50ml of coffee ready to enjoy.
